West Hollywood Passes Historic Ordinance for Puppy Mill Dogs and Cats
The city of West Hollywood delivered a strong message to abusive pet factory operators
by voting to ban the sale of dogs and cats in W. Hollywood with exemptions for animals
from the municipal shelter system or from rescue organizations.
